Garage Project: Part 4 - The Concrete

The last cement mixer left today (much to Harrison's great sadness) and we are left with a beautiful new patio, driveway, retaining wall, and sidewalks. Oh Happy Day! Here are the before and after shots...

The front walkway...
the driveway...

side walkway...

back patio and approach to garage...

Harrison stood on the front porch yelling "bye bye mixer!" over and over when the last truck finally pulled away. After his nap we went outsde and the first thing he said was "Paul and Eric, see 'em" - the two guys that have been here everyday for a week. So cute.
Jordan & I stood out there this evening - and we just can't believe the difference.
Happy? Yes.
Excited? Yes.
Relieved? Yes.
Next up: Garage and privacy fence

It all looks fantastic! Hurrah to you for enduring the noise, commotion, and stress. It will be so worth it and you will have an amazing summer, enjoying the beauty that is yours! It was do good to see you all the other night! We miss you and have to plan for lots of activities in the warm weather. Harrison is really just too cute for words! I heart his voice!

So happy for you guys. It looks great. We'll be down for a BBQ :-)! We have to make sure you use that patio a lot now.

My mom found us a town house in Logan so we are all set again. We lost the first one so much stressing was going on. She's been so wonderful ~ doing all the leg work while we are back here in MT. We will be moving on the 1st so come see us when you can!

It looks fabulous. I'm so proud of you for getting before and after shots (one thing we don't have a ton of with our SJ house). So cute that Harrison says "see 'em" at the end of his phrase. Asher used to do that too at his age and it brought back fun memories. "Trucks see 'em, train see it..."
miss you!
